SENTINEL RISK MANAGEMENT - Corporate Security Management

Most corporate risk and security prevention measures require the implementation of basic physical security controls, ensuring the safety and security of all employees, described by current legislation.  However, as a result of political, environmental or other local issues additional controls may be necessary. A security risk analysis should be completed for each premises or prospect site to determine what additional risk may exist.

Sentinel Risk Management uses a risk assessment process, which identifies and quantifies the real risks and key business factors associated in operating a business location such as environmental factors, operational risks, site location, design and municipal resources.

Corporate Risk management contains four phases:

  • Identification of treats after careful investigation
  • Evaluation of the impact and frequency of the identified risk
  • Advice/Implement protection and precautionary controls measures
  • Monitoring and evaluation (additional)
